On the propaganda page on the Spamhaus website, the number of lies and false remarks are numerous. Even on their propaganda page they give the impression to be thick buddies with the police, while they stay / play ignorant what the actual reason was for our filing at the police.
While they continue to:
- Spreads slander about isps and their customers
- Infringes on peoples privacy
- Sends spam itself (their “abusemails” are undesired bulk email just as well)
- Blackmails ISPs to comply to their rediculous “demands”
- Actively pushes ISPs to let Spamhaus use their networks to commit computer sabotage
(hinder communications with specific other computer systems).
- Publicises private details illegally copied from databases
Spamhaus, despite claiming to be a not-for-profit organisation, is registered
as a UK limited, appearantly with a branch office in Switzerland.

Wow, this is very sudden. I hope your friends in Germany actually knows me. If they do, they will know that I rarely rant about things in a serious way in my blog except when people violates human rights and horrible transexual beauty salon owners who tried to run an unethical business! lol….and even then I like to expose people’s misconduct and abuse of others by encouraging others to expose them to the fullest extent of the law and laugh at them!
I have (5) reactions:
1) This sounds really serious and have you taken legal advise if you are directly involved? If not, have you verified the source of your information?
2) It sounds like you don’t need me, you need sunshine press or other media to expose them? I don’t know, it is only a suggestion as I have no idea how any of these things work and I just pass on whatever info that comes into my inbox sometimes because I figured clearly in the name of Creative Free Speech, people are entitled to have their say without censorship.
3) I do want to clarify one thing: A “Not-for-Profit” in the UK is defined slightly differently to a 501C3 in the United States.I know this as I had some very ignorant people not understanding this and making up very silly stories because they just want to find an excuse to not take risks in their lives and to just “toll the line” in a cowardly fashion!
So….Not-For-Profit is run like a social enterprise which means, it can engage in Business activities to make profit…BUT built into its incorporation mandate is a clause that says whatever net profit is made need to go back % to furthering the mandate of the Trust/Charity. It is very clear and very standard and anyone can go to companies house and find the information if they have the literacy and the education to go and find out such things instead of making up stupid stories of conspiracy in their heads.
And here is where I am urging you to exercise your intelligence. Go and encourage as many as possible to get the information from Companies House, do your research and sort out (1) before going to (2) because if you make a mistake about (3)…you will have “egg on your face”.
4) Pommes running to cops to hide their own misconducts…..my dear, this is what they do because that “type” (not all of them, just a certain type that are bred from the gutter and stayed there for generations!)…..what always surprises me is why the poor Police in the situations feel the need to “play their slander games with them” when it is usually pretty clear to most thinking experienced police officers that certain “types” will just make outrageous accusations against others to deflect their own petty crimes. This kind of illiterate gutter-trash usually think the “accusation is the proof” and think if they shout loud enough…All so-called English police will help them silence “some foreigner”.It usually back fires on them in their work, public reputation and may even end up with a police opening a file to monitor them for future years to come if it is clear that they are the ones making the trouble, causing violence, encouraging crime, spreading religious intolerance, racism & other hate crimes in an organised way e.g. like on facebook in big groups to target others who disagree with them etc.
Most of this type of Trash thinks that most people can be bullied down and will just back off and let them continue to cause problems for others in silence. That is what “their own kind” would do. But there are also really decent and courageous people who are willing to Step-up and tell the truth about this type. There are different types of Pommes, some have more moral fibre and courage than others…mostly because they have to live through dealing with “the other type” to make a decent life for themselves and succeed inspite of the destructive haters! They are actually incredible people and have my respect!
If you are still concerned: You need to get in touch with others who had also been abused by the situation like you and together you “make a bit of noise” about the Gutter-trash.
