But I think we should start with Japan insisting that ALL G8 nations and all the other G20, abide by the Kyoto Protocol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyoto_Protocol) they signed ages ago and then decided, “Nah, we can’t be bothered with this when there’s an economic boom’n’bust cycle…hey lets just ignore it!” 🙂
