Printmaking techniques were too simple in the past, these days it is virtually impossible to do this medium without the use of a computer. Would you agree?
Dear Anne. I think there comes a time when culture still requires the “human touch”. I enjoyed being a member of and working with the excellent technicians at Edinburgh Printmakers. I appreciate them for their knowledge and the support they gave me in both reaching my creative goals and also my social development goals by allowing me to have an open day there with 30 kids from the most deprived primary school in the area. I learned a lot as a person and an artist from the generosity of those at printmakers and thank for them including me in their membership. X Cecilia
