Hong Kong 香港大游行: What the education protest is about from a parent’s perspective!

May I say as a Hong kong Chinese with 5 generations of families in Hong kong and being a part of Hong kong since its early development, I would like to express that I am extremely disappointed in hearing what this clearly intelligent, articulate but working class, hard working Parent had to say about her treatment at the hands of one of Po Leung Kuk’s schools, funded by the Community Chest and many of Hong Kong’s current member of the Hong Kong Jockey Clubs as well as the generations of support many Hong kong Movie stars and Entertainers had provided to the foundation.

Apple Daily translated:China Diaoyu island-Japanese Senkaku island Riots

Interesting that in all of this, no one talked about America and Japan’s intention to increase military in the region as part of arms deal allegedly against North Korea. Nor has CCP-run Mainland China discussed the many rioters inside China against its own governmental policies, including Hunger Strikes in Hong kong against Communist Patriotic Lessons, Monk setting themselves on fire in Tibet to protest harsh and inhumane treatements, Peasant workers protesting because their attempt to create unions were crushed violently often with disappearances/murders of any leaders.

Updated 13/11/12: Mainstream media and Tibetan Self-Immolations with Commentary from my trip to Lhasa.

Northern Commie Minister Hong “Da man” Lei has lost the little plot! We down South are all laughing at his latest Paranoid Commie Rant! Seriously if Dalai Lama had that kind of power…gee, you don’t think he would have done more than ask his own people to burn themselves to death? That makes no sense whatsoever!

Hong Kong Students Resisting Communist Brain-washing Education! 不是我的我不要 !!!

From Hong kong’s 7million citizens: Communist China, We do not support your kleptocracy or your culture of “Greed is Good, Conscience is useless!” You are a disgusting excuse of the worst Communist kind; illiterate, incapable of critical thinking and with a mindset of slaves rather than thinking modern 21st century education.

Ecuadorean Embassy, London: I am a bit sick of Julian Assange now…but I’m still into Wikileaks. ;)

He is doing a Ned Kelly thing and that is not going to help him seperate this condomless issue from Wikileak. He is not being strategic, just avoidance at this point. But in fact they succeed in maligning the contents of wikileak by promoting that Assange is going on the run. They are winning as long as he plays it that way…..

Global: Executive Director of Oxfam’s eco message ! (reblog)

Message from Oxfam International Executive Director: The world‟s largest commodity traders are a powerful, unique and poorly understood sector. The major traders, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), Bunge, Cargill and Louis Dreyfus, collectively known as the ABCD traders, share a significant presence in a range of basic commodities, controlling, for example, as much as 90 per cent of the global grain trade. Other emerging market trading companies such as Olam, Sinar Mas and Wilmar are also quickly establishing a global presence.
