17 June 2024 Day 1: You know I am doing something right when Rapechat and Gender targeted online violence as a #HateCrime see Rapechat University University of Warwick Russell Group of Universities is the first on the Agenda AFTER Ukrainian war crimes online! The details are all parrallel worldwide. Rapechat University Warwick’s way of handling #TFGBV IS following a template of PR based Gender Crime Obfuscations instead of providing REAL solutions for Intangible Psychological based Abuse of Women, just like in Memberstate run by a Dictator who is a wanted War Criminal! What was especially important in this session was the secondary VIRAL nature of th abuse that when recklessly negligently handled have the added effect of creating 2nd and 3rd degrees Psychological violence that becomes the Underlying cancer within an organization or memberstates….so those who did the comprehensive big data screening Country wide #TFGBV found that there were not just increasing incidents of direct verbal gender based violence but also in greater unreported or whitewashed incidents of other #EDI and #HumanRights violations of #freespeech #academicfreedom and #rightstoprotest…as well as long term #corruption of the #judiciary if loopsholes #PR departments (empowered by VC Rapechat and Dictators) exploit are NOT immediately plugged with impunity to stop #TFGBV.

Afternoon Multi stakeholders dialogues were super intense with a truly United Nations mixture of Diversity! I am very happy I caught up with a highly respected VC/Prof/Rhodes Scholar/ Anarchic Academic and we were able to have a very in depth discussion as Semioticians in the age old Eco or Bauldrillard esoteric debate….what a small world we live in….I am about to discuss the model of Nobel Economist Sen in Bavaria after the current #UNESCO Global consultation ends and I get to double check my facts from a Primary source! 💚 This is why I love being part of the UN Family where I meet fellow Anarchic Academics all over the world exercising our #academicfreedom 💚🙏 #UN4all

18th June 2024: I can’t shared today’s proceedings because it will be officially published as #UnitedNations #InternationalDay to counter Hate Speech. #SayNotoHate #NotoHate BUT I can share what a pleasure it was to BE part of th #UN4all family where in any random huddle we ended up dialoguing about a diversity of topics like: Ancient Hebrew/Egyptian/Hindu/Viking/Chinese sense of time, Nonbinary based technology, Gender and NonBinary sexual politics, Global North/South diplomacy, Modern Bosnia/Croatian digital legislative interventions and Medieval European provincialism, Indo European Sanskrit based linguistic theories AND Mass tourism cultural safeguarding in the Mediterranean. Of course all of it involved the Anarchic Academics AND the UN tech WhiteHats! Thank you very much for a fun and Intellectually very challenging “happy hour” small talk! 💚😎🙏😇🔥🔥🔥

P.S Thank you Anarchic Professor VC Emeritus for NOT HACKLING the academic keynote speaker for saying he wrote a book and didn’t go into a library ONCE (sic.)! 19th June 2024: Today, I will be moderating a #UNESCO roundtable in English, and my fellow colleagues in French and Spanish, to enable a closed door OPEN and honest Dialogue between Global New Media Technology Regulators and Civil Societies Organisations (CSO) to address Hate Speech, especially for those who belong to “protected categories” under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the mitigation of Technology Facilitated Human Rights Abuse (which are often seemingly intangible but deadly).

Here are my esteemed colleagues who will be hosting and moderating the roundtables. All of them are unequivocally committed to safeguarding and countering Technology Facilitated Human Rights abuse like #Hatespeech #SayNOtoHate #NotoHate

It is very important to highlight the UNESCO section mandate of “freedom of expression and safety of journalists” which is the session I will do a written summary of the experts meeting (closed session), TRANSPARENCY in accordance with all the agreed privacy and confidentiality agreements at the Roundtable.

Text: Cecilia W. Yu is an Australian of British Hong Kong Chinese ancestry and serves as an Ambassador to the UN for PEPA L’Humanitaire NGO in special consultation with UN ECOSOC. As a Sustainability Economist, she specializes in super macro development and economic strategies, leveraging her global network.

As Executive Director of the UNSDG Action Hub in Kenya, Cecilia leads research and initiatives to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals, working closely with the UN Nairobi Civil Society to continue the legacy of Nobel Peace laureate, IPCC Scientist Professor Ezekiel Okemwa. She holds an Honorary Doctorate in Sustainable Economic and Cultural Development from Alfred Nobel OBS and is a Teacher at the Nobel Museum.

Consulting for UN agencies such as UNFCCC, PACJA, UNDP, UNICEF, UNESCO #internet4trust, UNECOSOC. She provided strategic expertise to various Nobel Laureates & Foundations (2022, 2010, 2007, and 1994). As an expert, she has contributed to Global South #Climatejustice advocacy. Her San Francisco-based NGO fiscal sponsored the launch of Nobel Women Initiatives in 2012 via the Inspiring Women Summit.

An international visual artist, Cecilia’s works are exhibited globally, with a permanent display in a £20 million art facility in Japan. Her art participated in the Beijing and London Olympics and received accolades, including as Artist of the Year Scotland. She combines culture with sustainability for social and economic development.

Cecilia has led significant fundraising, including raising £3 million for colorectal cancer research with support from Nintendo and top cyber entrepreneurs. She has authored over 1.2 million distribution editorials and numerous publications, including “In focus: UNGA78 United Nations General Assembly 2023 Roundtable CSO Report ” with co-authors from UNESCO, UN Biodiversity, UNFCCC, WEF, WHO, G7, T7, G20, and EU Climate Pact.

Her recent award was “Wall of Inspiration” 2023 – EWIS Elevate Women in STEM in Hawaii. Her expert affiliations include the Scottish Green Party, European Research Council (ERC), UNDP The SDG Integrated Policy Practitioners’ Network (IPPN), International Olympic Academy (IOA), International Association of Sports Economists (IASE), San Francisco: Declaration on Research Assessment (SF DORA), United Arts Club, Dublin, and The Hollywood Professional Association (HPA).
