I attended the Scottish Green Party Conference at the Beacon Arts Centre by the waters! 💚

26-27th October 2024: Notes from the Frontline at Scottish Green Climate Conference this weekend: Apart fr the usual toxic academia grapevines (greenwashers and Fossil Fuel climate obfuscative flying monkies ) because of the FAMOUS Sustainability scientists in the Scottish Green Party so BBC News #Scotland & other media are poodling around! It is nice that they are not ignoring us this time. 🤣👏👏 EVERYTHING is Fab! I am glad I met genuine people who 💚 to safeguard all lives in the Anthropocene 🤣💋🌏💚

Well done to Beacon Arts Centre support for making the conference so chilled, smooth and professionally event managed without feeling uptight and for the generous planning of all at Inverclyde Greens! 🙏💚👏👏👏I enjoyed the Loch Lomond Monorail injokes embedded into the Pub Quiz from the “Dour faced Climate Fanatic” (Far Right UK Tabloid smear) who was smiling a lot actually….so…I guess ” Climate Victory is the BEST Revenge!” 🤣🌏 #injoke Quiz night with Scottish Young Greens was FUN. Thank you to all at the “Centrists Watermelon” table! 🤣 Yes. I am rather useless at Quiz nites except for the Art and Architecture category….😎🤣!!! But we did very well with identifying the “Boycott list” of Planet Wrecking Corporate Logos! When I didn’t win a raffle, they shared their prizes with me. They are fab 💚🌏! We owe them a better planet for their future! Keep up the G🌏🌏D FIGHT! 💚💚💚💚😎🦄🌈💛🌏💚😇💛💙🌞🤣😎💋👍🔥🌏💚💚💚💚💚

I would like to highlight the impressive The Scottish Rewilding Alliance who deals with 200000 hectares of nature in hashtag#Scotland !

That to my Australian and New world friends is like the size of Fiji island or about one third of the size of the state of Rhode Island which is the smallest state in the USA or approx. double the size of Mauritius in the Africa continent! That by European standard, in terms of wild life is actually quite substantial given the Millenniums of excessive exploitation of Biodiversity in Europe. It is a wonderful incentive and I am proud of meeting the members of this project presented by committee members of the Scottish Green. Since we are not a “career politician just a job” party and we do not have a “Party Whip” like Tory, Labour or Lib Dem, any members are free to “self nominate” to highlight their ideas and projects. If it garners a majority of equal votes (regardless of party positions), all of us would be happy to support Democratically proposed and elected projects. 😎💚
