Before I get into all the myriads of world drama for #2020, I really needed to come down from the whirlwind of Excessive pre-Christmas, during Christmas, post Christams then New Years Eve indulgence. Just my luck, as soon as all that finished in January, this year Chinese New Year is unusually early, so I really need to go GREEN and do a 5 days Detox before life begins again.
Unlike #Keto or any other kind of zero carbs fad diets, I listened to my friendly nutritionist and combined that with some old Traditional Chinese medicine suggestions for detox. That combined with a bit more regular visits to the gym and swimming, hopefully should restore the elemental balance of Ying and Yang….and make me feel less sluggish and more motivated to get on with all the proposals, lectures and art concepting I would like to do for 2020.
I know on a macro-level there are so many important things to blog about e.g. Climate Change, Hong Kong Protests, Australian Bush fire etc. But I simply cannot function with a clear mind if I do not feel 100% on top of my wellbeing.
